CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager/ IT Sales to join our Sales dynamic team. 

You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  1. Manage sales of computer hardware, software and services to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within these accounts 
  2. Build new account clients using compiled lists of prospective client businesses from trade directories and other sources
  3. Acquire and updates knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
  4. Manage customer satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up meetings and calls and prompt action to resolve any problems that may arise with goods and services purchased
  5. Coordinate the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals
  6. Coordinate with the Pre-Sales department to prepare the offers that best answer the customers’ needs.
  7. Coordinate with the Logistics/order processing department to ensure timely delivery of goods.

 

Requirements: 

 

  1. BA in Business Management or IT, computer science, business computing or MIS major
  2. 2-4 Years experience in ICT
  3. Fluent in Arabic & English & French
  4. Communication skills
  5. Negotiation skills
