CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Indoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work directly with our clients, providing exceptional service and solutions tailored to their needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant products.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features/benefits.
  • Process orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Trilingual: French, English, Arabic
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
