Description

Un groupe multinational de TIC recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) Support expérimenté(e) à Ouagadougou.

 

Vos missions

 

  • Support Niveaux 2/3 pour les infrastructures serveurs, stockage et réseaux.
  • Installation, diagnostic et réparation sur plateformes HPE ProLiant/Alletra ou DELL PowerEdge/PowerStore.
  • Dépannage switches/routeurs/firewalls Cisco.
  • Maintenance préventive, mises à jour firmware/OS, reporting d’incidents.
  • Formation clients et interventions terrain partout au Burkina Faso.

 

Profil recherché

 

  • 3 ans minimum d’expérience terrain auprès de l’un des OEM suivants : HPE, DELL ou Cisco.
  • Maîtrise des notions RAID, SAN/NAS et virtualisation de base (VMware / Hyper‑V).
  • Rigueur ITIL, gestion de tickets et escalades.
  • Excellente communication en français (anglais apprécié).
  • Qualités clés : esprit d’analyse, sang‑froid, sens du service, envie d’apprendre.

 

Conditions

 

  • Poste basé à Ouagadougou avec déplacements fréquents chez les clients.
  • Temps plein, astreintes sur incidents critiques.
