Legal and Compliance Officer

CIS Group – ICT Company located Jal El Dib is looking for an ambitious and motivated Legal and Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle due diligence with vendors and customers
• Deal with all Compliance forms including Fatca
• Fill KYC information and supporting documents
• Minutes of meetings – transfer of shares
• Fill forms of companies on different portal banks
• Handle finance (MOF request), Chamber of Commerce and Trademark
• Review contracts including NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Distribution Agreement

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Legal and Compliance field
• Computer skills: Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic
• Presentation skills
