Pre-Sales Consultant - IT Operations Management

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Pre-Sales Consultant IT Operations Management to join our Pre-Sales dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
   • Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT operations management solutions and their application in real-world scenarios.
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in related technologies.
2. Sales Support:
   • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
   • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
   • Assist in developing proposals and technical documentation to support sales opportunities.
3. Customer Engagement:
   • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their IT operations challenges and requirements.
   • Provide technical consultation and guidance to customers during the pre-sales phase.
   • Address technical inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues.
4. Solution Design:
   • Design and architect solutions that meet customer requirements and align with best practices.
   • Create detailed technical specifications and solution blueprints.
   • Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop technical content and collateral for promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on IT operations management.
• Strong understanding of related concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in solution design and technical documentation.
