Product Manager - Canon, Epson, HPI

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Product  Manager Canon, Epson, HPI  to spearhead our relationship with vendors, driving engagement and success within our Africa Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual business plan
• Drive vendor engagement and channel development
• Establish the local channel terms and conditions framework aligned with Group financial guidelines and plan 
• Manage forecasting, inventory, and profitability
• Lead and mentor a capable commercial team
• Ensure market expansion and contract continuity
• Drive robust sales management and sales forecast processes, delivering predictable revenue and cash flow
• Ensure the conditions for the optimal time to market of resources and technology. 
• Establish a yearly calendar for planning sessions, business reviews, and sales calls. 
• Provide mentorship, training, and professional development of team members. 

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in distribution printers, consumables, UPS (Canon, Epson, HPI, Vertiv)
• Recent relevant certifications
• Based in Lebanon, willing to travel
