Social Media Marketing Specialist

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including comments, messages, and community engagement
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
• Support social media campaigns in coordination with digital marketing teams

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent written communication skills in English/Arabic/French 
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
