Description

Multinational ICT Group based in Lebanon is looking for an ambitious Sales & Technical Account Manager located in Nigeria.

 

Duties:

 

  1. Manage sales of computer hardware, software and services to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within these accounts 
  2. Generate new business opportunities
  3. Manage customer satisfaction and retention 
  4. Establishes productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner/client accounts.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales and technical account management.
  • Strong knowledge of HPE, Dell, Oracle, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Nutanix, and Fortinet solutions.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Familiarity with key clients and market dynamics in Nigeria and West Africa.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage technical pre-sales discussions and solution positioning.
