Description

Cedar Information Systems is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT products and solutions and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts by building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to effectively position and sell IT products and solutions in the Ghanaian market.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CCE, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT products and solutions within the Ghana market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • The ability and willingness to continuously improve their skills by learning our OEM products and obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Owning a car is a plus.
