Technical Manager

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib is looking for an ambitious experienced and results-driven Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Tanzania.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical operations, ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the technical department, coordinate all processes and oversee engineering, IT, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee system architecture, design, and implementation
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to define requirements 
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables 
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation 
• Provide technical support for key customers and ensure service excellence. 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in technical expertise, Networking, Data Center, System….
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic
