CIS Group, a leading ICT company based in Jal El Dib, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager – IT Sales to join our growing Sales team. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in technology sales, work with industry experts, and develop strong client relationships within a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by promoting ICT products and services (hardware, software, and solutions)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and address any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and deliver tailored ICT sales proposals in coordination with the Pre-Sales team
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales , Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and French
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
